Measuring at home: Take some string or a piece of paper no wider than 1.4 cm. Wrap it around your finger and mark with a pen where one end of the string or paper meets the other. Then line the string or paper against a ruler and read off the measurement. Please note that this chart provides approximate measurements & that ring sizes may vary slightly between different manufacturers or countries. We still advise to have your finger professionally measured by a local jeweller to ensure an accurate fit for your ring.

Remove and clean regularly; bacteria can become trapped inside of it. The best way of doing this, is to clean after each use with a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste or use a denture cleaning solution to soak the grill regularly to remove stains and bacteria. We advise to: NOT smoke or vape with grill; this can cause irreversible damage and oxidisation NOT eat or chew gum with grill in NOT drink alcohol with grill in NOT sleep with grill, make sure you always let your teeth "rest" at least two days per week Follow these rules and your grill will last a lifetime while maintaining good oral hygiene.
